Our estate
The Parkhill and Sunrise Estate consists of three tower blocks built in the late 1960s.
The tower blocks:
1 – 48 Uphavering House.
1 – 50 Parkview House.
1 – 48 Overstrand House
Situated in Hornchurch, part of the London Borough of Havering, the estate is set in beautiful scenery, built next to Harrow Lodge Park with its lakes, fields and wild life areas. There are spectacular views to be had of Central London's skyline from some of our west-facing flats.

Our TMO
PETRA (Parkhill Estate Tenants and Residents' Association) was developed as a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) under the Housing (Right to Manage) Regulations 1994.
The TMO is a not-for-profit community organisation registered under the Financial Conduct Authority. Number 29444R.
Following a final ballot of residents, PETRA took over local housing management services for the three tower blocks from the London Borough of Havering on 1st April 2003.
