The TMO is a not-for-profit community organisation registered under the Financial Services Authority. Number 29444R.
Following a final ballot of residents, PETRA took over local housing management services for the three tower blocks from the London Borough of Havering on 1st April 2003. The low-rise blocks, which are warden assisted, remain under the management of Havering Council.
